Request an Appointment
Enter the study ordered by your physician and select your preferred center on our scheduling portal.
Submit Your Referral
Submit your physician referral to RadiologyAssist. Once received, our team will schedule your appointment.
Receive Confirmation
A confirmation will be sent to you once the appointment is scheduled by one of our patient navigators.
Make a Payment
Complete payment as indicated on your confirmation. Once complete, you will receive your appointment voucher.
