Primary physicians are the first point of contact to the underinsured community and our organization is available to your patients as an affordabe resource.

Referrals

If you would like to refer a patient to us you may :
1) Call our appointment line during business hours at 1-855-346-5152
2) Use our online patient referral portal form.

Please ensure that any patients being referred list you as the referring physician so that reports are correctly forwarded to you.

Brochures and Patient Literature

If you would like to give your underinsured patients a low cost option to receive their imaging studies, please contact us via email at physicians@radiologyassist.com.

We will send you a pamphlet about our program, and brochures that you can pass on to your patients at no cost.

If you have access to resources or information that could be helpful for our program, we would like to hear from you.

 

Radiologists and Imaging Centers

Our program is possible today due to the relationships we have with Radiologists and Imaging Centers. They are the backbone of our program. We are always looking add new facilities where we offer imaging.

If you are a radiologist or an imaging center that provides, Xray, Ultrasound. CT, PET or MRI and would like to be a part of our program, please contact us via email at physicians@radiologyassist.com
