How quickly are appointments scheduled?

Appointments are scheduled within the same business day a valid referral is received. Most appointments are scheduled for same day or next-day.

Do I need a physician referral?

Yes. Radiology Assist will not schedule without a copy of the referral. If you do not have a referral, RadiologyAssist can arrange an affordable virtual physician consultation for you. Please call for details.

Can I schedule with the center directly?

No. These rates are only valid for appointments scheduled by our program. Scheduling can be initiated by creating an appointment request or calling our scheduling line.

I already have an appointment scheduled. Can I use this rate?

No. The program rates can not be applied towards an existing appointment. Please call our appointment line to schedule a new appointment.

What are the payment terms?

RadiologyAssist is a pre-pay program. You will be given an upfront cost for your imaging study and payment will be due to the program prior to the appointment. There are no surprises at the time of service.

Can I be refunded if I do not receive my study?

Every transaction is backed by our money back guarantee. If you do not receive the study you have paid for, we will refund your payment in full. Patients are only responsible for services actually rendered.

I would like to schedule through the program but pay at the center?

This is against the rules of the program. RadiologyAssist is a pre-pay program, payment must be made to the program prior to the study.
