My transaction keeps declining. What should I do?
1) Check that the billing address entered exactly matches your card statement. Both the street address and zipcode is verified.
2) Check that the CVC code is correct.
3) If the above two are correct, and you see a "Do Not Honor" message, please contact your bank.

How do I get a receipt for my payment?
Transaction receipts are automatically emailed upon submission.

Can I make multiple payments with different cards?
Yes. You can make multiple payments with different cards. Just make sure that you enter the correct Patient ID each payment.

What is my Patient ID number?
Your Patient Id is a unique identifier for your account. If you do not know your ID, please use the 'Make A Payment' link in any email you received from Radiology Assist. Using the link will auto populate your patient ID.
