How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling is simple and quick. The process is as follows :
1. Submit a scheduling request by calling 855-346-5152 or from our location search tool.
2. Submit your imaging order as instructed.
3. An appointment will be scheduled for you within 4 business hours.
4. Complete payment to confirm your appointment and receive your payment voucher.
5. Go to your appointment and present your voucher upon check-in.

Do I need a referral from a physician?

Yes. A provider referral is required to schedule any imaging study nationwide. If you do not have one, RadiologyAssist can pair you with a physician to get you a referral for $40 via our virtual consultation service.

How do the rates compare to self-pay rates?

Radiology Assist rates are considerably lower than what you would be responsible for if you scheduled as a self-pay patient.
