You are eligible for a full refund if you arrive at your scheduled appointment but cannot receive your study due to facility issues, including:
- The imaging center cancels the appointment for any reason
- The facility is unable to perform the scan (e.g., equipment failure, staff shortage).
- The on-site radiologist or tech determines the study cannot or should not be rendered.

Payment Terms
- Pre-Payment Required: To lock in our discounted wholesale rates, all payments must be made directly to RadiologyAssist within 24 hours of receiving your appointment confirmation. Payments cannot be accepted by the imaging center.
- Accepted Methods: Zelle, Credit Card, Debit Card, Check, Zip Pay and CareCredit.
- Unpaid Appointments: Appointments not paid within the confirmation window are automatically cancelled and may be subject to a $25 fee.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so using the easy link in your appointment confirmation email. Notifying our phone line or the imaging center directly does not update your account status.

Free Standard Cancellations: No fee applies if the appointment cancelation or reschedule request is received by 7:00 AM Central Time at least one (1) business day prior to your appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the 7:00 AM one (1) business day prior deadline will incur a $50 cancellation fee
- No Shows: No shows will incur a $75 cancellation
Note : Last minute cancellations severely hurt the programs relationships with providers. Please avoid them at all cost. We don’t want to collect a cancellation fee, we would much rather prefer you cancel within the allotted time frame.

Refund Policies & Exclusions

Post-Service Policy: All payments are non-refundable once imaging services have been rendered.

Service Quality & Delays: Due to the clinical nature of medical imaging, full or partial refunds are not provided for scheduling delays, missing or delayed reports/images, or issues regarding bedside manner, imaging clarity, report quality, report wording or clinical outcomes. RadiologyAssist does not provide compensation for gas and/or drive time for any reason.

Alternate Facilities: RadiologyAssist assumes no financial responsibility or liability for costs incurred if a patient chooses to obtain imaging services at an alternate or non-participating facility.

Health Insurance Conflicts: If an in-network claim is filed with a health insurance provider by the patient or the facility, RadiologyAssist reserves the right to rescind discounted coverage. A 10% administrative fee will apply, and the patient will be refunded any payments. The patient will then be responsible for their insurance deductibles and co-pays.

Chargeback Fees: A $25 fee will be assessed for any credit card chargebacks initiated without first requesting a refund through our support channels.
